What is the story behind your business' name?
I remember waking up every weekend as a child to my mother cooking chiles and our breakfast while listening to music and one of her favorite things to play was Paloma Negra. So when my siblings and I hear that song it automatically takes us to our childhood memories of her cooking in the kitchen.
