Our slow cooked Hawaiian style BBQ chicken topped with our creative Island pineapple Cole slaw. Our Cole slaw is made with fresh green and purple cabbage, coconut milk, fresh pineapple, red onions, and shredded carrots. All of this on a sweet Hawaiian roll.

Hawaiian Style Pulled Pork Sliders

Our slow roasted Pork that has been marinated in soy sauce, pineapple juice, red onion, sweet peppers, jalapeños, and garlic powder. Topped with Our Cole slaw which is made with fresh green and purple cabbage, coconut milk, fresh pineapple, red onions, and shredded carrots. All of this on a sweet Hawaiian roll.

Mango Black Bean Salad (Vegan)

The story begins as many food truck stories do - with corporate restructuring leaving a previous employee free to pursue something they're more passionate about. Luckily for everyone, this time it resulted in Papa Pineapples, and the past few years have only resulted in the fine-tuning of the delicious meals you'll find here.
