Papa Trattoria

Chef and owner Fabian, a.k.a. Papa Trattoria, set out to make his brick oven pizza dreams come true after realizing how deeply integrated his Argentinian and Italian roots really are with one another. After perfecting his savvy street food flavors, he started his tasty Papa Trattoria food truck.

Everything in this mobile kitchen is papa-pared to perfection! Port St. Lucie became home to this delicious design-your-own-pizza oven in 2019, and there are no signs they're slowin' down anytime soon! They drive up and down the East Coast, servin' piping hot pies packed with flavor in a fresher fast food setting. Hire 'em to cater your office event, food festival, wild weekend party, or really any pizza-loving group gathering. Build your own 10" pizza with tomato or four cheese sauce and add tantalizing toppings like fresh mozzarella, asiago, or feta cheese and meats like chorizo, prosciutto, pepperoni, and sausage. Fill your lunch or dinner pizza plate with fresh veggie toppings—with everything from artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes to jalapeños, olives, mushrooms, spinach, and peppers. If you're anything like us you'll add some citrusy pineapple to your pizza. No anti-pineapple on pizza people on our end!

Lookin' to diversify and try their favorite dishes? Grab a spicy La Picante pizza with hot capicola, chorizo, jalapeños, and Sriracha mayo. Fill up on their Palmito pizza with heart of palm, roasted peppers, ham, and a Salsa Golf drizzle. Don't miss out on stuffed chicken or steak empanadas or bacon- and cheese-loaded French fries as appetizers, and wash it all down with freshly infused strawberry or peach lemonade.
