The story of how PaperMill - Fresh Asian Kitchen came to be starts in Bondi Beach, Australia. Inspired by recipes from his Korean mother, Alex opened up a humble food cart at farmers markets, doling out wraps and bowls. After moving to Philadelphia, he decided to continue this delicious legacy, updating the menu for the modern street food scene. And that's just what you'll find at PaperMill - Fresh Asian Kitchen. They're well known for their all original "spurritos", a jumbo sized rice-paper wrapped burrito, but you'll find a bevy of crowd pleasers on board.
