Made with the same ingredients as the standard Mango Fruit Paletas but with a kick of Chili or the added sweetness of Chamoy. Both have a unique flavor reminiscent of sweet fruit treats on the beaches of Mexico.

What is the story behind your business' name?
My boyfriend owns a bicycle shop and found the bike in the back yard of a local artist who had plans to use it to sell agua frescas but had already moved onto a van. When he bought the bike i needed a deep clean, spare parts, and a little restoration to make it into something usable. I asked him, "Wouldn't it be cool to take that bike to events and sell ice cream out of it?" At that time Paletas where a bit of a novelty treat and we loved them som much we decided we wanted to sell them from our traditional Worksman ice cream trike. Pedaling Paletas seemed like natural thing to name the business since we were pedaling all over trying to sell delicious Mexican style treats.
