What is the story behind your business' name?

We have always loved lemon pepper wings and Jalapenos you know things that are spicy and savory. We have that down south ancient and no matter where we went to order Jalapenos we would always say let me get a Pepper, but having that ancient it sounded more like Peppa. We thought perferct lets add a z on the end and call it a day.
