What is the story behind your business' name?
Growing up my nickname was "Fries". When my daughter was growing up, I used to call her "Pepper". When we decided to open a restaurant together, it just made sense: Peppers & Fries.

This one-of-a-kind roaming kitchen is ready to pop up at your door for any kind of event that needs ridiculously yummy recipes like their time-tested tater tots, cheese curds, and tantalizing tatchos (a.k.a. tater nachos with tots, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, jalapeños, onions, and Monterey Jack cheese)...holy moly! Their burgers are no joke either—grilled-to-order Midwest Angus, turkey, or black bean patties are served up on a buttery bun (plus gluten-free and pretzel bun options!) and are partnered with hand-cut fries you won't be able to stop eating.
Add everything from peanut butter and Asian garlic sauce to house-made mac and cheese or Cholula-seasoned onion straws to your patties.
