Phat Candy's has a motto she holds dear. "This ain't diet food." Depending on who you are, this is either the best or the worst news, but as foodies ourselves, we'd be remiss not to check out this food truck. Phat Candy's is serving up Cajun cuisine with a twist to McAlester, Oklahoma, a place that could definitely use a little bit of soul. At Phat Candy's, you're being treated to food right from the bayou from Phat Candy herself. And she's got a few tricks up her sleeve, too. The star of the menu is her po'boys, and each is doused in her infamous candy cajun sauce. Don't ask her to reveal the ingredients though, you're not gonna get an answer. It's what makes her shrimp, catfish and crawfish po'boys so dang delicious. But that's not all. Phat Candy's also got cajun nachos, boudin egg rolls, and her signature Jack Miller burger outfitted with Louisiana BBQ sauce that has to be tasted to be believed. It's just that good.
