Lay Yi and Sarin Tin both grew up in Cambodia. They had fond memories of picnics in their home country, nostalgic for time spent outdoors enjoying good food and good conversation. When they landed in Lebanon, NH, they wanted to share their heritage with their new home via traditional cuisine. However, their fondness for outdoor eating meant they did not want to be confined to a brick and mortar location. Instead, they opened up their very own food truck, Phnom Penh Sandwich Station.
