Modern teppanyaki-style cooked on a hot iron plate. Fried rice includes: short and long grain rice, scrambled egg, diced onions, carrots, peas, corn, lime slice and spices. Side of sliced cabbage and broccoli. Sesame dressing salad. Choice of protein and choice of sauce.
