Rex Gelert always loved Italian food. He used to work as a commercial photographer and ended up taking pictures all across Italy for years. It was here he was introduced to traditional Neapolitan-style pizza. Right away, he was hooked. Upon returning to the United States, he decided to switch up his career path.
