Puerto Rico has a corner on almost everything, but sushi's one of those things that falls squarely in the chasm of "almost". Enter Pick n' Roll Sushi, wheeling in to save the day. Sushi staples like spicy tuna, California and eel rolls populate the start of their options, but it's far from the meat of the menu. That comes with the truck's signature "funshion rolls" with creations like the Boricua roll (shrimp, avocado, and creme cheese with sweet plantain) and the titular roll (with smoked salmon, avocado and orange tobiko) making the most of the island's local flavors while pushing the art of sushi into bold new fusion territory.
