Founded by Annie Davis, a former science teacher from Trinidad & Tobago, this mobile kitchen has been a staple at major music and arts festivals across the country since 2015. The star of the show is the signature Trinidadian Fried Pie—golden, crispy, and bursting with flavor—paired with house-made tropical sauces. The menu also features island-inspired dishes like Pineapple Chicken, Island Steak Bowls, Chickpea & Potato Curry, and Vegan Soft Serve Ice Cream.
