Pinky D's, owned and operated by husband and wife team of Deborah and Randy Smith, Randy a 30+ year culinary professional, serves gourmet diner food with a twist, and makes each dish an experience. This Lisbon Falls couple have fun serving up their twist on their childhood classics. Debbie joins in with her ingenious grilled Pinky melt creations, like the Grilled Brioche / Cinnamon Marscapone / Apple Compote / Cheddar melt is a fan favorite. As a competitive duo Randy vies come up with better ideas. Pinky D's Food truck is Randy's latest creation built from the ground up by himself over a 6 month period. Randy started his food trucks before there were laws or permits in most of Maine for them. Their personality, chef skills and marketing skills made this dream of a food truck a perfect business.
