What is the story behind your business' name?
The name ‘Pomodoro’ comes from my family’s history in Argentina. My father once owned a pizzeria called ‘Don Luigi,’ and after a few years, we opened another pizzeria in a different state named ‘Il Pomodoro.’ this where I learned and have all my experience started to increase more and more This is where the name originated from, reflecting our passion for authentic, traditional pizza.”

Pomodoro Pizza Bar brings the warmth of Italian tradition and the soul of Argentine heritage to Clermont, Florida. Founded by Valeria Aguilar Pacheco, who has spent over three decades perfecting the art of pizza making, this pop-up celebrates authenticity through every bite. Each pizza begins with Sicilian-style dough that ferments for 48 hours, creating an irresistible texture and flavor that define Pomodoro’s signature taste.
From the simplicity of a Margherita with basil and fresh mozzarella to the indulgence of a Meat Lover stacked with pepperoni, salami, and chorizo, Pomodoro Pizza Bar blends old-world craft with creative flair. The menu also features unique specialties like the Chori-Messi, inspired by Argentine chimichurri and chorizo, and the Crema di Mushroom with truffle oil and balsamic glaze.
