About Pompeii Pastaz

Pompeii Pastaz food truck is all about bringing a new tradition to the streets of Salt Lake City. While Utah is definitely not a place where you'd expect to find authentic Italian fare, Pompeii Pastaz is the delicious exception to the rule. And it's all coming to you from a chef who's been practicing his culinary technique from the tender age of 9 years old. After living in Italy and learning family recipes from his hosts, he returned home only to have his mother suggest he open a small restaurant or food truck. Now, thanks to her support, Pompeii Pastaz has all those traditional eats on the streets. Really, who could ask for more? Well, ask and you shall receive, as the saying goes, because at Pompeii Pastaz, you're getting a whole lotta pasta. Pasta of the green, red, and white variety. Pasta topped with pesto, ragu, and the creamiest alfredo. Order the Italian, and you're getting all three in a box made to look like the Italian flag. But that's not all.
