What is the story behind your business' name?

My father-in-law (Pop Pop) taught me how to make pierogies. Every special holiday and visit Pop Pop would bring us home made pierogies for the family to enjoy. It was natural when we considered starting a food truck focused on polish food we would recognize Pop Pop!
