Queso Monster's here to redefine the Mexican food truck. With over 15 years of experience, Baja-vets Miguel Lopez and Patricia Martinez have made it their mission to bring fun, adventurous twists to authentic Mexican recipes, and deliver them from west to east coast, where their touch is in desperate need.
