What is the story behind your business' name?
Joe saw a meme of a rooster pouring coffee out of a mocha pot into a mug, he sent it to me and I tried to think of something to go with the Rooster, and since Joe traveled most of his career I thought of Red Eye flights. I put the two together and its history. It was also very serendipitous that a red eye is a coffee drink, espresso in drip coffee.
