What is the story behind your business' name?
Regrind is the combination of "Rewind" and "Grind." The word "Rewind" is used to represent our love for the 90's which is what sparked the idea to make a coffee brand that paid homage to past times while also making a fun experience that we don't see too often in the industry.

Regrind Coffee rolls through San Diego, CA as a pop culture loving coffee truck created by two seasoned baristas with a shared obsession for great drinks and nostalgic fun. Founded by Andrew and Cody, this concept blends over sixteen years of barista experience with a playful nod to the 90s, turning every stop into a coffee moment that feels familiar and fresh at the same time. The name itself reflects that mindset, pairing rewind energy with serious grind skills.
The menu shows off careful craft through premium ingredients, house made syrups, and drinks built with intention. Fan favorites include The Ooze with espresso and ube syrup, Sweet Nostalgia with espresso and vanilla, and Scooby Brew featuring brown sugar cinnamon. Matcha fans gravitate toward Donatello with ube cold foam, Raphael with strawberry cold foam, or Bayside Berry with strawberry puree, keeping flavors fun without losing balance.
