What is the story behind your business' name?
We were asked to sell Mexican food at an event in downtown Hillsboro and we chose to sell tacos. We didn't know what name to go by, so we named it after the co-owner's nickname, Richi, short for Ricardo. The name stuck and we were known as Richi's Tacos!
