About Rollin' In Hot

Somethin's heatin' up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and we think we found the culprit! Rollin' In Hot's food truck is founded by two hardcore foodies who have been servin' high-quality New Mexican cuisine to keen customers since 2021. Starting with classic, made-from-scratch items like burgers, tacos, and fries, they've been able to introduce fun and interesting takes on these fan-favorite options.

Their signature burger is a unique chorizo- and bacon-infused pork patty (WOW!) topped with carne asada, slaw, creamy jalapeño sauce, and a blend of the cheesiest of cheeses.
