Seasoned ground pork, onions, and seasoning are rolled and wrapped in a thin, lumpia wrapper; deep fried to a golden brown. 3" length.

Fried Dumplings (2 each)

Ground pork and shrimp are mixed, seasoned then wrapped in a thin wonton wrapper; deep-fried until golden brown.

Mozzarella Sticks (3 each)

A favorite amongst many! Three thick pieces of mozzarella pieces are breaded then deep-fried to a golden brown. Served with sweet Thai chile sauce.

Siopao (Filipino Steamed Bun)

A soft, pillowy and delicious dough filled with savory BBQ pulled pork, steamed and held hot until ready to serve.

Crab Rangoons (2 each)

Cream cheese and chopped crab is wrapped in a wonton wrapper and deep-fried to a golden brown.

(1)Filipino lumpia and (1)Potsticker. Substitute (2)mozzarella sticks for vegetarian option.

Protein Choices for Event: Pork Adobo: Philippines National Dish. Pork butt/shoulder is braised in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion and seasoning until tender. Flavorful adobo sauce is spooned over the finished dish. Chicken Adobo Thai Red Curry Stew (Spicy): Filipino chicken adobo is pulled, vegetables added, and fused with Thai red curry. Savory, spicy and delicious, the best of both cuisines! Filipino Bistek (Beefsteak): Tender slices of marinated beef, sauteed and simmered in a savory blend of soy sauce, lemon juice, and caramelized onions. Served with its signature tangy and rich sauce.
