Rooster Kitchen is a North Ridgeville-based food trailer serving up authentic Asian street food with heart, heritage, and a whole lot of flavor. Founded by June Smith, a Thai-American mom of three, this trailer is the result of passion meeting purpose—sharing the unforgettable street flavors of Bangkok right in the Cleveland area. From hospital campuses to community events, Rooster Kitchen brings fresh, colorful meals to the people who crave something real.

The menu is packed with crowd favorites like Pad Thai tossed in house-made tamarind sauce, crispy fried dumplings, and hibachi-style fried rice or noodles grilled with steak, shrimp, chicken, or tofu.
