Caramelized organic sugar mixed with Tahitian vanilla and Straus Family Organic heavy cream.
NUTELLA CREAM SAUCE
Try this on top of just about anything…just sayin.
Roasted pecans in sugar, salt and cayenne pepper, sweet with a slight hint of heat.
Black Pepper Pistachio
We use only pistachios in this ice cream. Most “pistachio” ice cream is at least 50% almond flavoring. Not ours, it’s all California Pistachio with pieces of roasted pistachios and a hint of black pepper that really makes the flavor pop!
About Rori's Organic Creamery
Rori Trovato, the mastermind behind Rori’s Artisanal Creamery, has a true passion for unique flavors. While “artisanal” has become something of a buzzword in recent years, trust us ‒ in this case, it really is warranted. Rori spent countless hours crafting the delectable tastes behind her sweet treats. Plus, it’s all homemade, even ingredients like brown sugar made from scratch. Sweet tooth calling? Stop by one of the brick and mortar locations or keep your eyes peeled for a Rori’s carts poppin’ up at events across Santa Barbara, CA.
Rori has high standards when it comes to ingredients, using only fresh and locally sourced sugar, herbs, flowers, and fruit. She also puts an incredible level of time and effort to ensure these sweet things taste great. Take the Biscoff ice cream. It’s made using speculoos cookies steeped in cream for two days. Plus, all the mix-ins ‒ from the swirls of peanut butter to the chunks of graham cracker ‒ are homemade. In addition to ice cream, Rori’s offers decadent sundaes, malts and floats, and a bevy of baked goods like cookies and brownies. Mouth watering? Then don’t hesitate to swing by Rori’s Artisanal Ice Cream and treat yourself. Even better? Book ‘em for your next event.
Fresh Mint Patty — Why does this mint ice cream taste so fresh? It uses mint steeped in cream for two days. Add some Belgian dark chocolate to the mix and you’ve got yourself one irresistible concoction.
