Sam and Mary Rulli got their start back in 1987 when Sam started working in this parents restaurant, Pasquale Ruilli’s. Since then, the business has grown exponentially, now a staple of the Goshen, IN area. Now, they’ve gone mobile via Rulli’s on Wheels, their very own food truck. The menu sports an almost overwhelming number of options, each one well worth sampling in its own right. Start off by passing around traditional appetizers like bruschetta or garlic bread.
