A house made roasted tomato chunky salsa. Made with onions, and cilantro served with house made fried corn tortilla chips.

Taquitos

Fried corn tortilla rolled with chicken picadillo and topped with guacamole, salsa, grated cheese, parsley, and onions.

Main

Shrimp Ceviche

Fully cooked shrimp made with onions, mint leaf, in lime juice and tomato sauce. Topped with guacamole and served with house made tostadas.

Taco Bar

Choice of protein or veggie. Tacos come on corn tortillas with tomato salsa and guacamole and choice of sides.

Chicken Tamale

Corn masa made with chicken and mayan curry wrapped in corn husk. Served with rice and beans

Chile Relleno

Red bell pepper stuffed with chicken picadillo dunked in egg whites and fried. Topped with house made tomato salsa, grated cheese and parsley.

Grilled Chicken

Boneless chicken thigh seasoned with a guatemalan dressing grilled and topped with chimichurri. Chimichurri is made of chopped parsley, onions, bell pepper, garlic, and olive oil grilled layered over chicken.

Pepian

Chicken cooked in a mayan pumpkin curry and mix veggies.

Mayan Enchilada

Corn tostada topped with chilled seasoned beets, chicken picadillo, hard boiled egg, onions, grated cheese, parsely, and salsa.

Sides

Seasoned Rice

White rice cooked with carrots, red bell pepper, onions, garlic and olive oil.

Salad

Spring mix lettuce with tossed with onions, tomato, red bell pepper, avocado, and corn kernals. Dressing is house made but served on the side as it contains diary.
