When Lily moved from South Vietnam to North Carolina six years ago, she was kind enough to bring along a few of her wholesome homestyle recipes too. Now she invites you to share in her love of food and culture by stopping by her indigo truck to savor her signature offerings, including a hearty assortment of Banh Mi Sandwiches, aromatic Pho Soup with savory beef broth and your choice of tender protein, and intricate Noodle Salads, which all pair quite perfectly with her creamy Avocado Smoothies.
