Scott's Fire and Ice is an exercise in extremes. He's bringing the extreme heat, serving up wood-fired pizzas extremely fast in an oven burning at 900 degrees, and keeping it cool with homemade gelato made extremely slow to bring out the flavor and density. Though the two are polar opposites, Scott brings them together in a food truck serving Bainbridge, OH. Fire and Ice makes everything nice.
