Meet JoAnn Nabhan Bronson
Where did you learn to cook?

Since childhood, growing up in El Paso, Texas. The Texas/Mexican cuisine was a staple in our Mexican/Lebanese home. Yes, I'm really good cooking up some Lebanese cuisine as well! As I got older, I worked at my parent's restaurant, El Rancho Escondido. There, I fine tuned my cooking skills and business expertise, as well.

Though JoAnn Nabhan Bronson received most of her restaurant experience and cooking know how in El Paso, TX, she decided to bring those skills to Las Vegas, NV and start selling authentic Tex-Mex on the streets. Ever since, Señor Blues has become one of Vegas’ most go-to food trucks.
