What is the story behind your business' name?

I recently changed my business name from Shacolat Konfections which started from making chocolates & candies. My business has evolved more into baked goods. When I got my truck I changed the name to Shahin (my name) Sweets (what I make) Box ( box truck - & everything is served in a box)
