We chose 'Shawarma Express' to bridge the gap between ancient flavors and modern speed. Real Shawarma usually takes time to enjoy, but we wanted to create a model where people can get that slow-roasted, authentic taste without the long wait. The name reflects our promise: You get the 'Express' service, but the food gets the 'Slow-cooked' respect it deserves.
