What is the story behind your business' name?
Sip Coffee Cafe started as "Sip Coffee." We opened during the Covid pandemic and primarily served healthcare workers. During that time, a client said that we should serve food since no one could leave their jobs. Our sandwiches were then crafted to be able to serve a whole meal to people. Now, many travel across the Las Vegas Valley and order our sandwiches and drinks.

Sip Coffee Cafe brings a full specialty coffee bar on wheels to weddings, corporate mornings, festivals, and private parties across Las Vegas. Serving the valley since 2021, this vibrant trailer has poured for the Las Vegas Marathon, Barclays, Allegiant, the City of Las Vegas, and UNLV - turning coffee service into part of the event, with baristas crafting hot and iced drinks to order while guests watch.
The menu goes well beyond a standard cup. Guests build hot or iced coffees with oat or whole milk and signature flavors like lavender and ube, or cool off with house-made lemonades. For a lift without the coffee, natural green-tea energizers come in crowd favorites like Mango Paradise and Pink Corvette.
There's real food, too. Grilled café sandwiches include the popular Las Vegas Cuban - ham, Genoa salami, Muenster, pickles, and red onion - plus turkey and ham-and-cheese melts, with vegan and gluten-free options so every guest is covered.
From healthcare teams and city offices to wedding receptions and festival crowds, Sip Coffee Cafe keeps Las Vegas caffeinated. Friendly service, quality ingredients, and a bar that pulls a crowd make it an easy add to any guest list.
