We boil the crawfish in a secret seasoning mix with red potatoes, locally pastured all-beef sausage, local sweet corn, vidalia onions as well as a few oranges/lemons, whole garlic cloves and whole artichokes for the aromatic qualities they lend to the broth. The price includes all staff, setup/breakdown and trash removal from the event site.
