Cocktails

Ube Brazilian Limeade

Fresh pressed limes, condensed milk, Ube (purple yam) Can be offered many different ways such as non-alc, no ube and vegan (with coconut instead of condensed milk). Also works well with addition of various fruits such as mango, pineapple or even cucumber.

Melons of the Season

Fresh juiced seasonal melons, english cucumbers and pressed lime. Best with vodka or tequila but of course delicious virgin.

Cherry-Vanilla Coffee

Tart cherry, vanilla bean, cold-brew coffee, oat milk & brown sugar create this delicious libation that is best with whisky, cognac or an aged tequila. Substituting cherry for banana or coconut is wonderful too.

Classic Piña

Fresh pressed pineapple & lime with coconut puree make this classic drink taste of perfection. Best with rum but can be done with various spirits.

Moroccan Mint Lemonade

Moroccan mint tea, fresh juiced lemons and lemongrass create this subtly nuanced, ultimately refreshing libation. Can use different teas as well such as Earl Grey. Best with tequila, vodka or gin.

Plum Oolong Jamaica

Hibiscus leaves & Plum Oolong tea steeped with cinnamon, cloves, dried oranges & all-spice then we sweeten it with natural brown sugar. Delicious on its own but works well with most spirits especially whisky or tequila.
