About Smashed

Smashed is flipping expectations on the streets of St. Charles with a food truck menu built around one thing: the perfect smash. From sizzling single patties to stacked double smashed burgers, every bite is all about crispy edges, juicy centers, and serious satisfaction.

But burgers are only the beginning. This St. Louis-based truck keeps things interesting with creative takes like smashed burger tacos and hearty smashed potatoes—because when the smash is done right, it belongs on more than a bun. Classic sides like cheesy potatoes, baked beans, and fresh salad round out the menu with down-to-earth flavor.

Driven by a passion for street food with serious character, Smashed is the go-to truck for anyone chasing comfort with a twist. Whether parked at a local event or catering a backyard gathering, this truck knows how to serve smash hits every time.
