If there’s a food that makes people happier than BBQ, we’re not sure what it is. Smoke & Ash, an Alberta-based BBQ trailer, is serving up southern-style BBQ with a Canadian twist with a residency at Acheson Industrial Park (as well as a regular roaming schedule). The meats at Smoke & Ash are acquired from a carefully selected network of suppliers, which means non GMO, no MSG, and limited gluten.
The gang’s all here when it comes to the menu, so expect to see ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork, filet mignon, rib eye, and even rotating meat specials like porchetta and, occasionally, wagyu. Their side game is just as strong, with changing sides that include chili, beans, mac & cheese, slaw, and more. The guests at your next event may not know it yet, but they need smoked meats.
