About Smokehouse BBQ
- Family Business
- Mom & Pop Business
Alberta's starting to smell a whole lot like the American south lately, so much so that you might mix up your geography from inside the warm blanket of smoke. And from the actual taste, which drips with authenticity, along with sauce of course. Ribs, brisket and pulled pork all get served up southern-style, alongside biscuits and gravy and a host of sides that punch up every plate. Alongside traditional classics, Smokehouse also serves up inventive new twists, making it barbecue that looks to the past and the future all at once, importing the best of both to your own personal, glorious present.
MUST TRY
- The Bacon Bomb - now the stuff of Edmonton local legend, Smokehouse takes slow-roasted pork and wraps it in bacon, creating a pork in pork masterpiece that you'll wanna fully take in and study, at your maximum leisure.
