About Smokiin Mac

When it comes to melty mac & cheese, the Smokiin' Mac food truck in Greensboro, NC has got your bacon bits, grilled chicken, and four-cheese sauces ready to be baked directly into your memory bank. And with over 17,0000 Facebook followers, it seems like there are a lot of folks out there fanning the flame of their fantastic food truck.

Since 2020, owners Jamal Taylor and Brent Pridgen have been sharing their passion for this classic comfort food with customers at food festivals, concerts, office parties, and more throughout the Triad area. But that's not where their story began! They met many years ago as drummers in college and bonded as members of the drumline. This friendship, and now their cooking craftsmanship, have lasted the test of time.

Nowadays, they're beating spatulas on pans as they cook up smoked meats and pasta for cheese-loving hands and hearts. Grab their original grub, a four-cheese sauce with mozzarella, cheddar, and crispy bacon, or choose an indoor smoked chicken breast mac & cheese of champions.
