What is the story behind your business' name?

A late friend of mine had me using a smoker I had on a trailer for private parties. Everyone loved the BBQ and asked if I would open up a shop. I didn't want another restaurant at that time so I bought a food trailer and tested the water. It was a hit. Sold The Trailer taking a break as we were expecting our son in April of 2019. July 2020 our brick and mortar became available to lease and opened up December 18, 2020. In August 2021 I added the Food truck.
