Fulfilling his lifelong dream to serve delectable offerings on the DC streets, Dylan “Kow” (Kough) presents to you...Smoking Kow BBQ. He devoted several years to teaching himself the ins and outs of all things BBQ food trucks; from perfecting handcrafted sauce and rub recipes, teaching himself pitmaster-level smoking techniques, and running the business side of things as smoothly as can be, to guarantee a dazzling customer experience from start to finish. His menu is simple and sensational, allowing you to choose between brisket, pork, or chicken. Then you select how you wish to eat the tender, smoky meat; sandwiched within a potato roll or a homemade tortilla and topped with coleslaw, piled on a platter with coleslaw and house pickled peppers, or the most popular choice: heaped atop luscious mac n’ cheese. When catering festivals and private events, Smoking Kow’s menu expands to include even more wow-worthy eats that delight every palate.
