Why did you decide to start your business?

I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I opened my first snoball stand in 1993 and operated it until Hurricane Katrina destroyed it in 2005. in the summer of 2021 I decided to bring the business back to life this time catering to youth sports and within 6 months decided to also go mobile.

Sneaux-La brings the classic New Orleans snoball experience to the streets with a food truck serving the city since summer 2021. With over 20 years in the snoball industry, the team crafts each treat using authentic New Orleans syrups and the soft, velvety ice locals know as "that good ice." Every snoball is made to impress, whether at a pop-up, festival, or catered event.

The menu offers a colorful array of flavors, including blue raspberry, bubble gum, pink lemonade, and wedding cake, with options to satisfy both nostalgic cravings and adventurous palates. Guests can enjoy a refreshing treat while taking in the playful atmosphere and friendly service that Sneaux-La has become known for.

In addition to serving walk-up customers, Sneaux-La caters schools, corporate events, and youth sports, bringing a fun, authentic New Orleans tradition to every gathering. The food truck combines quality, creativity, and community, making every snoball a memorable part of the day.
