Why did you decide to start your business?

As a family of seven, we understand firsthand how expensive it can be to enjoy even a simple day out together. We often found ourselves wishing for a place where we could relax, cool off, and spend quality time without worrying about the cost. That’s what inspired us to start this business. We wanted to create something different, a place where families, friends, and neighbors can enjoy a deliciously cold treat without breaking the bank.

What is the story behind your business' name?

Our name, SNOASIS, blends ‘snow’ and ‘oasis’ and is inspired by the tropical oasis we call South Florida. With year-round sunshine and heat, we set out to create a snowy, refreshing treat that everyone can enjoy -- a cool and sweet escape from the sun’s heat.

SNOASIS SnoBalls is a Coral Springs, FL food trailer serving authentic New Orleans style snoballs with a South Florida twist. Built by a family of seven, the concept grew from months of hands on testing, sampling, and recipe refining beginning in September 2025. The mission is simple and heartfelt: create an affordable, fun way for families and friends to cool off together without stretching the budget.

Known for finely shaved ice and carefully layered flavors, SNOASIS SnoBalls keeps things playful while staying true to classic snoball roots.
