SnoKrazy Shaved Ice

For authentic New Orleans style Sno-Balls in Knoxville, there's only one name in town. It's SnoKrazy. You may not think Tennessee's got a lot in common with NOLA, but with hot and humid summers and locals needing a way to cool down, the Snoball provides a welcome icy treat. Unlike the snow cone or Hawaiian shave ice, a snoball is ice so fine you'll think they collected it from the powdery slope of a local ski resort. That is, if there were any in Tennessee. But SnoKrazy's committed to quality, melt in your mouth ice, and with a variety of sugary sweet syrups that are sure to delight, your tongue will be dead. Dyed, that is, with bright colored tasty snoballs. MUST TRY

• Caramel Apple Snoball - like biting into warm caramel drizzled on a candied apple, but cold. That's how good the flavor is.
