We will make everyone 9oz shave ice cones (120z with dome). We bring a free-standing Flavor Station allows guests to mix and match the flavors they choose! Our 8 mouth-watering flavors include: Tiger's Blood; Blue Raspberry; Cherry; Watermelon; Lemon-Lime; Mango; Black Cherry; and Pina Colada. Add-ons include: Sweet Cream; Honey Drizzle; and Sour Shot. We'll even bring some games and music that your guests can enjoy while they have their fluffy treat!

What is the story behind your business' name?

We chose Snowie Cali Valley to highlight the consistency of the product we serve, which is Hawaiian-style shaved ice, and its soft and fluffy like snow. The Cali Valley was to indicate where we planned on operating throughout California. Plus, it's just really fun say! Hahaha

Specializing in fluffy Hawaiian style shaved ice with no crunchy ice pebbles, Snowie Cali Valley serves artisan syrups made without high fructose corn syrup and with options free of artificial food coloring. Guests can explore a self serve flavor station to craft their own combinations, choosing from classic favorites, sugar free options, and creative add ons. Catering packages also feature fresh glazed donut holes, fresh brewed coffee, and interactive mini golf games that keep the fun going in threes.
