Sook Airways Menu

Main

Mango Sticky Rice

Our signature mango sticky rice is made with sweet coconut sticky rice, fresh ripe mango, and toasted mung beans for a little crunch. It’s the dish that started everything and remains at the heart of our menu.

Specialty sticky rice flavors

Beyond our classic mango sticky rice, we rotate creative specialty flavors like Dubai Chocolate, Ube, Matcha, Applewood, and Spicy Garlic. We’re always experimenting with new combinations, and flavors can also be customized for special events.

Drinks

Smoothie Blender Bicycles

Our smoothie blender bikes turn making a smoothie into part of the experience. Guests hop on a stationary bicycle and pedal to power the blender, creating their own fresh smoothie. Flavors can be customized for your event, and we use fresh fruit and natural ingredients.

Milk Teas

Our milk teas are brewed with real tea leaves and come in a variety of unique flavors, including Ube Cloud, Jasmine Green, Mango Thai, Classic Thai Tea, Rose Lychee, and Lavender Butterfly. We can also create custom flavors to match your event, theme, or personal preferences, with dairy and non-dairy milk options available.

Meet George Awad
What is the story behind your business' name?

Sook Airways is a bridge between the cultures and experiences that shaped the brand. I’m Arab, and souk means market or bazaar in Arabic, while suk means happiness in Thai, connecting to our Thai-inspired food. “Airways” comes from our airplane food trailer and our love of travel. In some English-speaking cultures, “sook” can also mean a coward or crybaby, so we’re reclaiming the word to represent the opposite: courage, adventure, and stepping outside your comfort zone.

About Sook Airways

  • Immigrant Owned
Clear the runway for Sook Airways, the most unexpected mobile kitchen to land in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Crafted from an actual retired MD-90 airplane fuselage, this wild culinary project represents the next big evolution of Aroi Mango. Founder George Awad, a Lehigh University physics and entrepreneurship alumnus, rescued the aircraft section from an Arkansas salvage yard, hauled it down to Florida for custom fabrication, and rolled the finished metal marvel straight into the Lehigh Valley to serve up serious street food culture.

The concept blends vibrant global inspiration into an unforgettable dining stop. Drawing its name from the Arabic word for street market and the Thai word for happiness, Sook Airways serves sweet mango sticky rice, inventive rice variations, refreshing milk teas, and rotating seasonal specials inspired by Awad's backpacking adventures through Thailand and Laos. As it rolls through the streets of Bethlehem, this metallic local hotspot dishes out high-energy street food flavor that easily turns standard afternoon snacks into memorable food adventures.

Beyond the wild aesthetic and delicious treats, Sook Airways champions a simple motto to Live Sweeter. The spot invites local foodies and curious passersby to break away from mundane daily routines and sample fresh flavors in downtown Bethlehem. Elevating street dining to high altitudes, this one-of-a-kind trailer proves that life's best culinary detours are best enjoyed inside a converted airplane.
