About South In Ya Mouth
Chef Steven, founder of South In Ya Mouth, learned to love food via his aunt's baked mac and cheese. Growing up in a predominately African American community, Steven learned to appreciate old-fashioned Southern comfort foods. After attending culinary school in New York City and honing his skills around the world, he returned to his hometown of New Orleans and opened South In Ya Mouth. This amazing food truck dishes up feel-good classics definitely worth sampling!
At South In Ya Mouth, you'll find all your favorite comfort foods smothered in savory cajun flavors. There's plenty of catfish, both fried and blackened varieties. For fans of gumbo and poutine, try the fries topped with chicken gumbo and melted cheese curds. Plus, there are chicken wings that come with your choice of tangy, tasty sauces. Like what you hear?
