Our name came from our Owner Xavier who also goes by Zay. It is also used as an acronym for a message we hold close to our hearts which is Zest, Ambition and Youth.

Squeeze the Day with Zay brings more than lemonade to Overland Park. Founded by 8-year-old Xavier, known to his friends as Zay, and his mom, this pop-up serves up cups of sunshine while teaching lessons in hard work, confidence, and creativity. What began as a small stand quickly grew into a community favorite, fueled by fresh-squeezed goodness and the joy of building something together.

Every sip is packed with flavor and heart, whether Zay and his mom are set up at a local market, neighborhood event, or community gathering. Their lemonade is made with care and a little spark of fun, turning a simple drink into a way of connecting people and spreading smiles. Families, kids, and neighbors come together not only for the refreshing taste but for the story that inspires it.
