Steak Louie

Steak Louie takes tradition right out of the philly cheesesteak and slaps it down with the flavors of St. Louis. Don't worry, you're on the right side of this flavor fight. Using locally sourced ingredients, grass-fed beef and chicken, this food truck delivers high quality with taste to boot. Chef Paul Listenberger created Steak Louie from his culinary experience back east, but as a St. Louis native, he found inspiration in down home flavors. The menu is deceptively simple: choose a Louie with beef or chicken, choose your cheese and toppings. But where Steak Louie shines is in its gourmet offerings, with Chef Paul's signature sauces and glazes for the meat that elevate it to a whole new level. For flavor that just can't be beat, find Steak Louie at local events, or invite Chef Paul to cater your next event. Sounds like a win-win to us. MUST TRY
