What is the story behind your business' name?
I have been proving quality Thai, Lao, and Chinese cuisines from my Sticky Rice food truck in Grand Island since 2011. As a 1996 Grand Island Senior High graduate, I learned my cooking skills from my uncle, who owns the Sticky Rice restaurant in Ithaca, N.Y. I got the food truck idea from seeing the food truck culture in New York. I have always wanted to own a business, so it was the perfect pairing.
